The funeral is planned for 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. The Rev. Darren Henson will officiate. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery. She married Clifford Myers on Jan. 26, 1945, in Emporia; he died July 7, 1967. She married George E. Bayless on May 21, 1970, in Emporia; he died Feb. 29, 1984. Mrs. Bayless is survived by a son, Larry Myers of Americus, and six daughters, Linda Collins and Tamie Vahsholtz, both of Emporia; Sue Henry of Eureka Springs, Ark.; Mary Palmer of Topeka; Nancy Myers-Rhoads of Halstead; and Gina Easley of Eagle Rock, Mo. A brother, Gilbert Dieker of Maize, also survives, as do three sisters, Arlene Shepard of Emporia; Rita O'Conner of Bernice, Okla.; and Laverne Yocum of Wichita; 22 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Two daughters, Shari and Carolyn Myers, died in infancy. A brother, Andrew Dieker, also died earlier, as did three grandchildren and one great-grandson.
