Description	:	W. L DAVY PASSED AWAY IN SALISBURY A former Crisfield resident, Warren Lee Davy, passed away on Sunday last in Salisbury at the age of seventy-eight years. Born on December 7th, 1862, Mr. Davy was the son of the late William and Margaret C. Davy, prominent pioneer residents of this city. His wife, Mrs. Virginia Byrd Davy, succumbed a number of years ago. Mr. Davy, who was a man of many exceptional traits of character which endeared him to all, received his early education in the public schools of Crisfield. L DAVY PASSED AWAY IN SALISBURY A former Crisfield resident, Warren Lee Davy, passed away on Sunday last in Salisbury at the age of seventy-eight years. Born on December 7th, 1862, Mr. Davy was the son of the late William and Margaret C. Davy, prominent pioneer residents of this city. His wife, Mrs. Virginia Byrd Davy, succumbed a number of years ago. Mr. Davy, who was a man of many exceptional traits of character which endeared him to all, received his early education in the public schools of Crisfield. Later he attended Strayer's Business College in Baltimore and was a Certified Public Accountant. He possessed a keen, highly educated mind which enabled him to make his life a success. He delighted in helping others who might be less fortunate and throughout his life made many lasting friends. Funeral services were held on Tuesday of this week at the Mount Pleasant Methodist Church with Rev. J.R. Bicking of the Immanuel church, officiating. Interment was in the Crisfield cemetery. Surviving are two children, Mrs. Margaret Parker, of Salisbury, and George Raymond Davy, of Crisfield, and two grandchildren, Mrs. Virginia Parker Hutchings and George T. Parker, Jr., of Salisbury.
