Wilhelmina Carolina Augusta Schultz was born on February 11, 1890 in Lancaster County, Nebraska to August and Elizabeth Schultz. She was baptized on February 23 at the home of her parents by the Rev. Date of death was June 3, 1970. Wilhelmina Carolina Augusta Schultz was born on February 11, 1890 in Lancaster County, Nebraska to August and Elizabeth Schultz. She was baptized on February 23 at the home of her parents by the Rev. Ludwig Huber of St. John Lutheran Church of Kramer. At thirteen years, she was confirmed by the Rev. G.A. Lohr and became a communicant member of Kramer's Lutheran Church. Minnie was married to Carl Mundt on April 20, 1911 in the Lutheran Church of Kramer at the age of 21. Rev. Schwartz performed the ceremony. The couple had four children: Alvin, Everett, Miriam, and Vernon. The couple celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on April 20, 1961. Carl lived five more years and passed away in May of 1966. Minnie became a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Crete at the time of her marriage to Carl. For many years she was a member of the Ladies Aid. Preceding her in death besides her parents were her four sisters: Albertina Henning, Ida Meinke, Hannah Schlichtemeier, and Ella Henning; also three brothers: William, Ed, and August. Survivors are her four children, Mrs. Miriam Poons of Pennsauken, New Jersey; Everett of Heath, Ohio; Alvin and Vernon of Crete; two sisters, Matilda Huber of Selden, Kansas and Elizabeth Busboom of Crete; also seven grandchildren.
