Description	:	Ref: Mrs. Willa Victorine Scott, 45, 2902 Avenue H, died at 6:15 p.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart hospital. She had been ill for about four weeks. Mrs. Scott was born April 3, 1915, in Fort Madison and was a lifelong local resident. On Dec. 4, 1935, at Corydon, she was married to Ray Merle Scott, who survives. Madison, IA, and Ivan McVey, West Point, IA. One grandchild also survives. She was preceded in death by one brother. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Santa Fe Methodist church. The Rev. Lawrence E. Jones will officiate. Burial will be in Hill Crest Memorial Park Cemetery. The body is at the Hall Funeral Home. It will be taken to the church at 1 p.m. Saturday to lie in state until time for the services. (Guy McVey, pg. 167)
