Description	:	The Boynton Family Bible lists the death of "Wm Charles Alfred Boynton son of F.S. and M.A. Boynton" on Sept 15 1860, his age 1 year, 3 mos., 12 days, written in the hand of his mother. The death of their only son must have been a real tragedy for Flint and Mary Ann, especially at a very precious age. The family was then living in Brooklyn, Iowa. When the Boynton family sold their farm and moved to La Porte City in the fall of 1866, little Charley's remains were disinterred and moved to LaPorte...
