Read More	William Hoeck Services Held Wednesday Funeral services for William F. Hoeck were held Wednesday afternoon, August 22, from the St. Paul's Lutheran Church with Rev. Walter E. Rowoldt officiating. Pallbearers were nephews, Willis Kahl, Ray Dittman, Elmer Lamp, Wilbur Lamp, Harold Belt and Donald Belt. William Hoeck, son of Doris and Christian Hoeck, was born June 13, 1883 in Mills County near Mineola, Iowa, and passed away Monday August 20 from a heart attack, at the Clarence Utemark farm at the age of 79 years, 2 months, 7 days. He was baptized in Mineola and confirmed at St Paul's Lutheran Church at Emerson. At the age of ten he came to Nebraska and lived around Emerson, spending the last twenty-seven years working and making his home with Clarence Utemark. He is survived by four sisters, Mrs. Rose Kahl, Wakefield, Martha Dittman, Mrs. Clara Lamp and Mrs. Lena Belt all of Emerson and Harry Hoeck of Tilden and Albert Hoeck of Emerson. He was preceded in death by his parents, fours sisters and two brothers. Burial was in the Rose Hill Cemetery under the direction of the Demme Mortuary.
