He attended Minneapolis schools. He moved from Minneapolis to Concordia in 1962 and in 1970 moved to Aurora. He was married to Dolores A. Trowbridge in Concordia June 25, 1959. William G. White Sr. is survived by his wife; four sons, William G. White Jr. and Jon White of the home; David White, U.S. Navy in California; and Danny White, Minneapolis; three daughters, June and Janet of the home and Mrs. Cheryl Mauch of Minneapolis; three sisters, Lela Goodall and Phyllis White, Newton; and LaDonna Hudson, Minneapolis; two brothers, Vernon of Wichita and Donald of Missouri; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister and a brother. Funeral services for William G. White will be Monday morning, April 30 at 10 o'clock in the Chaput-Buoy Funeral Chapel with Rev. King David of Minneapolis officiating. Interment will be in the Princeville cemetery northeast of Aurora. The family of the late William G. White suggests those wishing to give memorials may make donations to the American Cancer Society.
