Description	:	William Harrison Mesch was born in Fullerton, California, on May 9, 1902 coming to Iowa at the age of three years. Most of his childhood and youth was spent in the vicinity of Hartley and May City. In March 1923 he was received into membership with the Lutheran church. On the 19th day of December 1923 he was united in marriage with Miss Nora Dorman of May City. To this union were born two children. Following their marriage Mr. and Mrs. Mesch engaged in farming in the May City vicinity where they have since resided. The deceased enjoyed good health... Read More	William Harrison Mesch was born in Fullerton, California, on May 9, 1902 coming to Iowa at the age of three years. On the 19th day of December 1923 he was united in marriage with Miss Nora Dorman of May City. To this union were born two children. Following their marriage Mr. and Mrs. Mesch engaged in farming in the May City vicinity where they have since resided. The deceased enjoyed good health all his life with the exception of a few weeks ago when he showed symptoms of being ill. He died suddenly and unexpectedly while in Sibley, Monday noon, September 22, thus reaching the age of 39 years 4 months and 13 days. He leaves to mourn his departure his bereaved wife , Nora Mesch, his two daughters, Joyce and Bonnie, his father, John Mesch. three brothers, Orrin and Otto Mesch of Collins, New York . Floyd Mesch of Stanton, Nebraska, one sister, Mrs. Walter Adolf of May City and a large number of other relatives. His mother died in 1928 and a brother in early infancy. Funeral services were conducted at the May City Lutheran church Thursday afternoon, September 25 at two o'clock with the Rev. C. H. Boye officiating.
