| Description | : | Drowned In Tangier Sound. As far as it is known, Rome Riggin and Paul Byrd of Lawsonia, were drowned off Terrapin Sand bar, last Tuesday. Messrs. Riggin and Byrd have been buying oysters around Deal's Island in a gasolene launch, and were making their trip from Crisfield when the waters of Tangier robbed them of their lives. The boat left Crisfield about 11.30 a.m. towing a skiff. Capt. Harrison Parks of Tangier, about 12 o'clock noon, hailed Riggin, asking him about the price of oysters. After Capt.
