Mrs. Zella Jane Aldridge, 86, of Rt. 3, Carrollton, formerly of Harrison Twp., died Monday at Ohio Valley Hospital, Steubenville, where she had been a patient for 16 days. Mrs. Aldridge was born August 30, 1883, a daughter of the late Willis and Huldah (Lewis) Button, and was a life resident of Carroll County. she was a member of St. Martin's Lutheran Church in Malvern. She was married June 18, 1908, to Robert A. Aldridge, who died February 12, 1941. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Charles (Mary) Roberts of Rt. 3, and Mrs. Leonard (Florence) Crim of Rt. 2, both Carrollton; 13 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. A son, Kermit; a daughter, Mrs. Paul (Wilma) Adkins, and a sister are deceased. Services are at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Allmon Funeral Home here with Rev. John Schleicher officiating.
