Dumont of Moncton, on Tuesday March 27, 2001, at the age of 87 years, passed away Zoël Léger, residing at the Villa du Repos in Moncton, but formerly of Saint-Antoine-de-Kent. He was the husband of Ida (Arsenault) Léger of Saint-Antoine-de-Kent. He was the son of the late Marcelin Léger and the late Henriette Gosselin. Besides his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Adrienne Lanteigne (Jean-Baptiste Boucher) of Saint-Antoine-de-Kent; three sons: Clarence (Élianne) of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, Alonzo of Gardner, Ma. and Robert of Saint-Antoine-de-Kent; one sister, Rita Cormier of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent; one brother, Euclide of Moncton, as well as three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one sister, Marie, and three brothers: Gérard, Aimée and Elzéar. The remains will be on display starting at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 29, in the mortuary room of the Church of Saint-Antoine-de-Kent. The funeral will take place at Saint-Antoine-L’Ermite church in Saint-Antoine-de-Kent, on Friday March 30 at 4:00 p.m. Interment will be in the parish cemetery later this spring. Visiting hours: Thursday March 29, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday March 30, from 2 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. The funeral was entrusted to the professional care of the Maillet funeral home in Bouctouche
