| Description | : | Following the 1827 division of the Society of Friends, the Orthodox Friends purchased two lots immediately south of the original property in 1849 and erected a new serpentine stone meetinghouse for their worship. The Hicksite Friends retained the 1736 structure and cemetery. Their cemetery, north of the new Orthodox Meetinghouse and south of the Hicksite Meetinghouse, consisting of 153 perches, was also acquired in 1849 from John Massy for use by the Orthodox Friends.
