Description	:	From Wadesboro, N.C. south on highway 109 about 9 miles, turn left on Deep Creek Road, cemetery is on the left about 1/2 mile down. Rev. Joel Gulledgde's stone is the only marked tombstone in the cemetery. From old deeds this cemetery was left as one acre. It was originally Gulledge Cemetery. I am told that the markers were all wooden and they rotted with age. I am told the marker for Joel was put there by Deep Creek Baptist Church sometime after he died, exact date unknown.
