Description	:	The original Saxon building is gone, although traces of the Norman building remain, extended in the 12th century, now including a North and South transept. The nave was altered by Henry VII with a new roof, the tower built in the 1500's. The church is most significant because of Edward Winslow, born to St Peter's Parish in 1595 and sailed on the Mayflower, whose family were buried here.
