Description	:	Adam Peter "A.P." Waller was the eldest child of Confederate War Veteran Jacob Waller, and his wife, Margaret Casper Waller. Peter's Father, Jacob, died combination of injuries suffered in the Civil War and Typhoid Fever. Peter, as the eldest son, became his Mother's support and his sibling's role model. Sarah was the daughter of John Link and Amey Emberson. Peter and Sarah lived in Rowan County for the remainder of their lives. Peter was a farmer, and in later years, a blacksmith. He did very well for himself and his family, both in creature comforts and standing within the community. Peter and Sarah had two children, both of which lived into adulthood. Their eldest child and only son, Sanford Bickley Waller, married Minnie Angeline Ervin. Their union was blessed with several children, including seven sons. The descendants of Jacob and Peter are plentiful and the family name will live on for generations. Peter and Sarah's Daughter, Margaret A. Waller married Frank W. Spry, and they too were blessed with many children.
