Leslie F. Sweetland, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Grand Island, a life-long friend of the family, in charge, assisted by Rev. Grier Hunt of the Methodist Church of Loup City. Mrs. F. J. Leschinsky. The burial rites of the Odd Fellow Lodge, of which the deceased was a member, were carried out at the grave. Albert Bernard Outhouse, eldest of seven children of Oliver and Marie Gerdes Outhouse, was born on a farm near Huey, Ill., May 22, 1862, and died at his home in Loup City, Nebr., November 25, 1945, after an illness dating from August 28, when he suffered a cerebral hemorrhage. His early education was obtained in the rural school of Clement township, but education for him continued throughout his entire life. Through reading, he became acquainted with the best in literature. After the death of his father in 1882, he and his mother engaged in general merchandising, and later in the implement business. At the age of twenty, he was elected mayor of Huey. In October, 1887, he came to Omaha, Nebr., in search of a business... (will obtain the rest of obit) The Sherman County Times - Nov 29 1945
