Description	:	Albert's parents were John Van Eaton and Sarah Bigger. He married Rachel Margaret Rogers on Oct. 25, 1848. Albert was a 2nd Lt. in Company 'F', 23rd Regiment, Iowa during the Civil War. He was wounded May 17, 1863 at Black River Bridge at the Siege of Vicksburg. Eventually the family moved to Washington State. In 1881, Albert was the Thurston Co representative to the House of the Eighth Biennial Session.	Albert's parents were John Van Eaton and Sarah Bigger.
