Description	:	Alice was an incredible wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who taught her family how to smile and handle adversity with love and kindness. She was always known for being tardy to every major event while leaving a trail of shoes and slippers in her wake. While raising a loving, thriving family, Alice worked several part-time jobs including various roles at South Side Assembly of God, Sally Apparel, and Brandeis Department Stores. Read More	Alice was an incredible wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who taught her family how to smile and handle adversity with love and kindness. She was always known for being tardy to every major event while leaving a trail of shoes and slippers in her wake. As an empty nester, she worked for the State of Nebraska Child Protective Services as an Administrative Assistant. Her family remembers her as a woman with the sweetest spirit and an angelic singing voice. Alice could harmonize the alto part of just about any song. She was a consummate Christmas present wrapper, jigsaw puzzle master, had impeccable clothing style, a passion for sweets, and a propensity to accidentally leave something in the microwave. The legacy Alice leaves is reflected in her children and grandchildren who, like Alice, have never met a stranger they didn't like. Her spirit will live on as they embrace her passion to create a genuine connection with others through Christ-like love. We thank her for all her hand-written notes, cards, comic strips and the inspirational "ransom note" style messages she frequently sent.
