He was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church. Survivors are his widow, Sarah R.; four sons, Blair and Robert, both of Clark County, the Rev. Edwin C. GORDON of Zanesville, and Paul E. of Vandalia; 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. His body was taken to the Richards Memorial Home where friends may call from Wednesday evening until 10 a.m. Friday. Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday in Bethel Baptist Church with the Rev. Harold Gray in charge. The body will lie in state for one hour preceding the time of services. Burial will be in Vail Cemetery.
