He attended Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel Roman Catholic Church, Sainte-Marie de Kent. He was a member of Sainte-Marie de Kent Golden Age Club. He is survived by his wife, Therese Collette; six daughters, Stella Richard (Jos) of Richiboucto-Village, Anita LeBlanc (Terry Girouard), Rose-Mai Collette, Jacqueline Collette, Lise Bourque (Jean-Guy Devarennes) all of Sainte-Marie de Kent, Christine Whitman (Charles) of Hamilton, ON; four sons, Normand (Nicole) of Saint-Norbert de Kent, Alonzo, Gilles (Denise), Jean-Guy, all of Sainte-Marie de Kent; three sisters, Madeleine Richard (Alyre), Mai Bourque (Ronald) both of Moncton, Zella LeBlanc (Patrick) of Bouctouche; four brothers, Lionel (Irene), Elias (Georgina), Alban (Laura) all of Bouctouche, Emile (Claudine) of Rexton; 19 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by two sisters, Jeanne, Elise and one brother Philippe. Resting at Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Sainte-Marie de Kent with visiting hours Thursday April 4, 2002 from 7 to 9, Friday from 2 to 4 and 5:30 to 6:45pm. Funeral service will be held at Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel Roman Catholic Church, Sainte-Marie de Kent, on Friday, April 5, 2002 at 7:00 pm. Interment at the Parish Cemetery. Arrangements in care of Maillet Funeral Home, Bouctouche.
