Her husband died a number of years ago. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Henry Wehrman (Rose) of Nelson. The funeral was held at the Methodist Church in Nelson Wednesday, and burial was in the Nelson cemetery (sic). The Nelson Gazette, Thursday, May 23, 1963 ================= Anna Eleanor Jackson, one of seven children of Andrew Alonzo and Fannie Isabel Jackson, was born in Clinton, Iowa, April 19, 1884, and departed this life May 20, 1963, at the Nuckolls County Nursing Home in Nelson at the age of 79 years, 1 month and 1 day. On September 11, 1902, she was united in marriage to John M. Moss. To this union were born two sons, one dying in infancy, and Wendell Leroy, who passed away March 20, 1963, and a daughter, Mrs. Henry Wehrman. She was a wonderful Christian wife, mother and grandmother and a faithful member of the Methodist Church. Preceding her in death were her husband, two sons, three brothers and one sister. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Henry Wehrman of Nelson, one daughter-in-law, Mrs. Dorothy Moss of Phoenix, Ariz., three granddaughters, Mrs. Jack Long of Concordia, Kan., Mrs. Russell Snyder of Nelson and LeAnn Moss of Phoenix, four great grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. Charles Chamberlain of Nelson, one brother, Arthur Jackson of Edgar, nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Funeral services were held at the Nelson Methodist Church at 2:00 p.m., on Wednesday, Rev. I.L. Belden officiating. Her final resting place is in the Nelson cemetery (sic).
