Description	:	Mrs. Anna M. Dvorak, 90, of 805 Wilson Street, Tama, died unexpectedly at her home Thursday, Aug. 23, 1984. She was found in her back yard by men who were working nearby. The assistant county medical examiner said death was from an apparent heart attack. The Rosary was recited at 7:30 p.m. Sunday from the Chapel of the Funeral Home in Tama, led by Sister Philomenia. Mrs. Jean Woodson, Mrs. Camilla Dostal and Mrs. Dorothy Chrudimsky were in charge of Mass offerings. The funeral Mass was celebrated at 10:00 Monday morning in St. Patrick’s Catholic church, with Fr. Mrs. Donald McLean, organist, played “Ave Maria”, “Amazing Grace”, and “How Great Thou Art.” Burial was in Holy Trinity cemetery, Otter Creek township, with the following serving as pallbearers: Paul Dvorak, David Dvorak, Mark Dvorak, Dennis Dvorak, Gary Dvorak, Lee Podhajsky and Ronald Podhajsky. Mrs. Dvorak was born July 6, 1894, in Carroll township, daughter of John and Anna Psenica Husak. She received her education in the rural schools and attended Tama high school. On Sept. 22, 1914, she married Frank Dvorak of Clutier in the Holy Trinity Catholic church. They farmed near Clutier for 35 years, until moving onto an acreage near Toledo in 1949. They moved to the Wilson street address in Tama in 1973. Mr. Dvorak preceded her in death on July 11, 1980. Mrs. Dvorak was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic church, Tama, and St. Catherine Circle. She is survived by five children, Milo A. and Leo F. Dvorak, Clutier, Mrs. Agnes Podhajsky, Toledo, Bernard J. Dvorak, Cedar Rapids and Mary Ann (Mrs. James) Matthews, Redding, Pa., 15 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Hattie Cibula, Toledo and more distant relatives. Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two grandsons and a brother.
