Both the Pickering family and Yeakley family were Quakers and listed at the New Hope Monthly Meeting, Rheatown, Greene Co., Tennessee as founding members several generations back. The very same families. I have been told that there is no longer a stone in the cemetery for Atlanta. There was in the 1960's when we went to Fruitland because my mother, a Yeakley, wrote them all down.
