Mrs. Burchett worked in the Kansas University facilities operations department for several years. She was a member of the Eagles Auxiliary. She married Paul R. Burchett on July 22, 1950, in Lawrence. Survivors include her husband; a daughter; a son; a granddaughter; and two great-grandchildren; two brothers; a sister. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday at the mortuary.
