Mr. Russell died at 12:30 a.m. today in Los Angeles where he had made his home with his son, Charles, for the past several years. Bruce Russell, 84, was born Nov. 30, 1872, in Fairfield, the son of the late Charles and Mary Tansey Russell. He was united in marriage in 1898 to Margaret Griffin who preceded her husband in death. Before his retirement some time ago, Russell was employed for many years at the Louden Machinery company. He spent most of his life in this community. He is survived by the following children: James and Harry Russell, both of this city; and Charles Russell, Los Angeles. He is also survived by three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, three sisters and three brothers.
