A strong constitution, however, enabled him to recover and until a month ago he has been able to be up and around …. Calvin Rainbolt was born October 8, 1845 , being 69 years, 1 month and 24 days of age at the time of his death.. He had for the greater portion of his life lived in the Popcorn neighborhood, where he was a very successful farmer … He is survived by three children who are Orval Rainbolt of Seymour, Quince Rainbolt and Mrs. Lulu Parker of this city ; two sisters, Mrs. Frank Byers of Bedford and Mrs. Martha Glympse of Oolitic also survive … Mr. Rainbolt was well known in this city having for a time been engaged in the grocery and meat business here several years ago with his cousin, P. F. Rainbolt … Funeral services will be conducted over the remains by the Rev. Quincy Short of Springville Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock at the Lowder grave yard near Springville and the interment will be in that cemetery …. *******************************
