Ouellette, 15, rural Ames, was electrocuted Monday afternoon when an electric motor on a grain auger shorted at the farm of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alamore Ouellette. Cloud County Undersheriff Bradley Runyon said the faulty motor apparently sent the lethal current up the auger, to the metal grain bin which the youngster was touching. The funeral will be-at 9 am Thursday at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, St. Joseph community, the Rev. Robert Veering officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Church cemetery. The Rosary will be recited at 7:45 pm Wednesday, followed by a Bible service at 8 pm at the Chaput mortuary, Clyde. Besides the parents, surviving are 2 brothers, Michael and Martin, of the home; 5 sisters, Kathleen, Wichita; Mrs. Kara Kohrs, Salina; Mrs. Reeta McCumber, Edwards Air Force base, Calif., and Deneen and Geri Lynn, both of the home; and the grandparents, Eugene Ouellette, Red Cloud, Neb., and Mr. and Mrs. Carl Predmore, Concordia. Carl was a sophomore at Clyde high school and a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church. He was born Feb. 2, 1961, at Concordia. The family suggests memorials to a scholarship fund, at Clyde high school.
