Carol was united in marriage to Donald Glenn April 30, 1953 in Canton, where they lived their entire married life. Her husband, Don, died March 1, 2003.Carol was an active member of Canton Lutheran Church since 1953 and taught Sunday school for several years. Carol worked for the Bell Telephone Company, Haisch Drug Store, and a hardware store. She was a bookkeeper/teller at First American Bank for 15 years, retiring in 1990. Carol loved spending time with her grandchildren and sitting on her porch visiting with friends and family.Grateful for having shared her life are her children: Doug (Jackie), Craig, Terry (Connie), and Marcy (Wayne) Beer all of Canton; 9 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; her brother, Dick (Marlys) Naatjes, Sioux Falls, SD; a sister-in-law, Bea Glenn, Canton; and several nieces and nephews.
