Description	:	DEATH OF MRS. IRA REED Mrs. Carrie dReed, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Overman of this city, died rather suddenly last Sunday morning at her home in Crook, Colorado. The parents had received word of her serious illness and were at the station here awaiting a train on which the mother could repair to a far away home of her daughter, when a telegram came with the sad announcement of her death. IRA REED Mrs. Carrie dReed, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Overman of this city, died rather suddenly last Sunday morning at her home in Crook, Colorado. The parents had received word of her serious illness and were at the station here awaiting a train on which the mother could repair to a far away home of her daughter, when a telegram came with the sad announcement of her death. The stricken mother felt unable for the journey after the receipt of this sad message, so father and mother returned to their home to await the arrival of the body which was shipped here for burial. One of the saddest things in connection with Mrs. Reed’s death is that the deceased leaves with her sorrowing husband, two boys, aged respectively nine and eight years, to grow up without the care and attention of a loving mother. A wide circle of friends for whom the Review feels it a privilege to speak, extended to the stricken husband, parents, and other relatives of the deceased their tenderest sympathy in this hour of affliction. Carrie Overman was born October 4, 1882. On July 3, 1889, she married Ira Reed of this city. Three years ago, in consequence of failing health, Mrs. Reed and family went west where the family have resided since. The funeral was he’d yesterday from the home at two o’clock, conducted by Rev.
