Description	:	Mrs. Katherine (sic) Walrod, who would have been 95 years old had she lived until Saturday, died at the home of her son, M. (sic-N).A. Walrod, of Moorland, at 11:45 a.m. today. Mrs. Walrod was born in Germany, coming to the United States in early childhood with her parents. Her husband died thirty-five years ago. She was also preceded in death by four children. Mrs. Walrod is survived by four daughters, Mrs.Albert Bakke (sic- Bakey), Knierim; Mrs. Mack (Malcolm) Black, Barnum; Mrs. Garnet Lowe, Fort Dodge; and Mrs. Theresa Reed, Fort Dodge; three sons, M.(sic-N) A. and J.P.... Mrs. Walrod is survived by four daughters, Mrs.Albert Bakke (sic- Bakey), Knierim; Mrs. Mack (Malcolm) Black, Barnum; Mrs. Garnet Lowe, Fort Dodge; and Mrs. Theresa Reed, Fort Dodge; three sons, M.(sic-N) A. and J.P. Walrod of Moorland, and Guy Walrod of Fort Dodge. Two sisters, Mrs. Lydia Perry (sic- Lydia Terry) and Mrs. Anna June of Milford,and four brothers, Sam Berger of Milford, Philip Berger of Hammond,Mo.; Dave Berger, Colfax, Wash., and David Berger of Elkorado (sic) Springs, Mo., also survive. Mrs. Walrod received injuries in a fall two weeks ago and because of her advanced age, illness and death resulted.
