Grandpa will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Chris and Dawn Burnett and Scott and Valerie Foster. Nieces and nephews were also a special part of his life. Friends called at the Simes Funeral Home, Grand Valley on Monday January 22nd, from 7-9 pm. Funeral service was held at the Simes Funeral Home on January 23rd at 3.00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior to service. Burial will take place at Union Cemetery in the spring. Donations or floral tributes if you wish, but Cecil would only ask that we be good to one another and remember to return deeds of kindness.
