He was married to Fannie Moon at Aikinsville, Missouri. To this union ten children were born, four of whom have preceded their father in death. There are six grandchildren and one brother J.A. Boyer of Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He became a member of the Baptist Church while living in Aikinsville, Missouri. He with his family came to Glasco in January, 1911, where he has lived ever since. In the passing of this man, we lose a beloved father, a devoted husband and a friend of all. And we know the community will miss him. Funeral services were held Saturday at the home, conducted by Rev. R.R. Kaiser of Beloit. Interment was in Glasco Cemetery.
