Description	:	Charles Johnson Charles Johnson died very suddenly on Sunday, at his home near Leslie. He attended Mr. Tallman's in his usual health, and on the way home went to one of his friend's Mr. Luce's for dinner. He was taken very ill with heart disease and in compliance with a very earnest desire of his, was taken home, where he died in about fifteen minutes. He was born in Clarke county, Indiana, May 27,1827, was married to Martha Carroll September 1, 1850 and emigrated to Iowa in 1854, and has since resided in the township where he died. Three daughters and one son were born to them, one daughter has passed away. He was a member of the Christian church, and had lived an exemplary life in the world. His wife and family have sympathy of friends in their severe affliction. The funeral services were held on Monday, at 4 P.M., the Rev. Mr. Cross officiating. Weekly Osceola Sentinel Thur.
