Charlotte spent nine years living at Shickley, Nebraska, where she attended Shickley Grade School. After moving to Geneva for the last six years of her life, where she attended Geneva Elementary and Jr. and Sr. High, where she was a member of Geneva High School Freshman Class. Those left to mourn her passing from this life are her parents, Elmer and Frieda Lemke, her brothers and sisters, Leroy Lemke of Superior, Vincent Lemke of Lee Hall, Virginia, Delbert Lemke of Deshler, Sharon Schommer of Geneva, Ronald Lemke of Geneva, Ann Lemke of Lincoln, Frank Lemke of Lincoln, her grandmothers, Anna Lemke of Superior and Nellie Marcotte of Edgar, and a host of other relatives and many friends. Services were held Thursday, November 15, at 11:00 a.m. from St. Joseph Catholic Church in Superior with Father John Pracher officiating. Pallbearers were George Lemke, Mike Lemke, Terry Lemke, Lonnie Lemke, Garry Bellows and Roger Lemke. Leonard Rempe was organist. A selection of songs by the St. Joseph Catholic Church Choir. Burial was in the Evergreen Cemetery in Superior. Rosary services were held Wednesday, November 14, at 7:00 p.m. from the Megrue-Price Funeral Home Chapel.
