Description	:	Christine Bloyd, 91, of Fullerton died Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2010, at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital in Hastings. Christine was born Jan. 10, 1919, in Green County, Kentucky at Summersville near Greensburg to Irvin Atwell Milby and Mary Will (Price) Milby. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Marvin Bloyd. Read More	Christine Bloyd, 91, of Fullerton died Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2010, at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital in Hastings. Christine was born Jan. 10, 1919, in Green County, Kentucky at Summersville near Greensburg to Irvin Atwell Milby and Mary Will (Price) Milby. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Marvin Bloyd. Survivors are: sons and daughters-in-law, Monte and Beverly Bloyd and James and Sue Bloyd; brother, Irvin Atwell Milby, Jr.; grandchildren, Sarah and her husband, Ed Krieser, Douglas and his wife, Greta and Rebecca and her husband, Phillip and Laura and Jonathan Bloyd great-grandchildren, Jakob and Joshua Krieser, Tanner Hill-Bloyd, and Kyler Bloyd and a host of friends and relatives. On Jan. 10, 1946, she married John Marvin Bloyd from Fullerton, where they returned to make their home together. They had two sons, Monte Ray and James Atwell. Marvin passed away Dec. 18, 1990. She continued to make her home here. On Nov. 13, 2004, she moved to Valley View Assisted Living. She enjoyed gardening and yard work as long as she was able. Her hobbies were crocheting, embroidering, reading, and word search puzzles. She was also preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and two sisters.
