Children: Elmer E Williams 1894-1961, Una Williams Watson 1898-1980 *********** The Allerton News February 6, 1936 Death Takes Old Resident Near Sewal Mrs. Williams had lived in Wayne County for 63 Years Mrs. Clara Julia Williams, wife of Dave O. Williams, died Sunday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Cash Watson near Sewal. Mrs. Williams was 65 years old and had been a resident of this county for all but two years of her life. Funeral services were held here Wednesday afternoon from the Methodist church. In the absence of the pastor, the Rev. Peter Grooters of the United Presbyterian church officiated. Interment was made in the Allerton cemetery. Obituary Clara Julia Williams was the oldest daughter of Albert and Anna Mace and was born May 14, 1870 in Wayne county, Iowa. When a young woman she united with the Methodist church, in which faith she retained her membership throughout life. She was married to D. O. Williams October 10, 1889 and four children were born to the union. Two of these preceded her in death. Surviving are Elmer E Williams of Springfield, Mo., and Mrs. Cash Watson of Sewel. Besides the children and their father, Mrs. William's is survived by three sisters, Mrs. L. L. Caldwell of Hammond, Ind., Mrs. Fred Lane and Mrs. Oral A. Sparks of Clio; and three brothers, R. A. Mace of Allerton and M. L. Mace of Fort Dodge. There are also six grandchildren, Ruby, Doyle and Betty Watson and Don, Dean and Dale Williams. Her mother's maiden name was Anna Prince
