Description	:	Clark Hile Passes Away The end came to Clark Hile August 13, 1928, at the State Hospital at Hastings, death being due to his old trouble of epilepsy. The body was shipped to Loup City Tuesday evening and the funeral services were held from the Presbyterian church Wednesday in charge of Rev. A. J. Meierhoff. Interment was in Evergreen cemetery beside his loving wife who had preceded him in death about five years. Interment was in Evergreen cemetery beside his loving wife who had preceded him in death about five years. Mr. Hile was subject to these spells for about ten years and they have been gradually getting worse and he failed to rally from the last one. Mr. Hile was a stone mason by trade and was a hard working and industrious man. He leaves eight children to mourn his death. Martin, Earl, Lucille, Dorothy and Delbert, all of Horace, Nebraska. Alberta and Eloise and Mrs. Eva Hoefer of Cherokee, Iowa. He also leaves two brothers, L. L. Hile of Grand Island and Phil Hile of Cairo besides two sisters. Mr. Hile was born in Lumber City Pennsylvania on December 4, 1873 and moved with his parents to Grand Island in 1879 and a few years later moved to Sherman County. He was a member of the Baptist church. Since the mother was taken away leaving eight children, some of them young, it was uphill work for them but they are possessed with thrift and industry and all of them are doing well and having proper care.
