Description	:	Clayton William Viebrock, 80, of Moses Lake, Washington, passed away October 3, 2016 at Swedish Neuroscience Institute in Seattle. Clayton was born in Tacoma on Dec. 18, 1935 to William and Alma (Grande) Viebrock. He was raised on the family farm in Waterville and graduated from Waterville High School in 1954. He attended and graduated from Washington State University where he was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. On February 22, 1975 he married Cherie Dawn Clements. Read More	Clayton William Viebrock, 80, of Moses Lake, Washington, passed away October 3, 2016 at Swedish Neuroscience Institute in Seattle. Clayton was born in Tacoma on Dec. 18, 1935 to William and Alma (Grande) Viebrock. He was raised on the family farm in Waterville and graduated from Waterville High School in 1954. He attended and graduated from Washington State University where he was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. On February 22, 1975 he married Cherie Dawn Clements. Daughter Megan joined the family in 1978. Clayton worked in the property/casualty insurance industry for many years before becoming the owner of Viebrock Insurance in Moses Lake. He retired in 1992. He was active in 4-H, serving as Washington State president in the 1950s and as a leader in his daughter’s club. Clayton loved spending many hours laughing and joking with his granddaughter, Kaitlin. He regaled others with his stories of history and family. He enjoyed raising and riding horses, especially his beloved Peruvian Pasos. He is survived by his wife, Dawn; daughter Megan Baum; granddaughter Kaitlin Baum; sister Alison McKeirnan; brother Tony (Sheri) Viebrock; sister-in-law Helen Grande and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother Ed Grande and nephew Bart McKeirnan. A memorial service will be held at the Douglas Church on Oct. 15, 2016 at 1 p.m. ref: Columbia Basin Herald, 11 Oct 2016
