Description	:	CORA GRACE ROBERTS Cora Grace Roberts, daughter, of Otto and Clara (Nelson) Leverson, was born August 16, 1905 in Osage, Iowa, and died Saturday, April 10, 1993, at Lamoni Manor, Lamoni, Iowa at the age of 87 years. Cora was married to Paul Edward Roberts in June of 1939. Throughout her life Cora was a bookkeeper. She worked for the R.L.D.S. Read More	CORA GRACE ROBERTS Cora Grace Roberts, daughter, of Otto and Clara (Nelson) Leverson, was born August 16, 1905 in Osage, Iowa, and died Saturday, April 10, 1993, at Lamoni Manor, Lamoni, Iowa at the age of 87 years. Cora was married to Paul Edward Roberts in June of 1939. Throughout her life Cora was a bookkeeper. She worked for the R.L.D.S. Church Lamoni Stake Office, was the original bookkeeper for Hyde and Verdenburg grocery store, Graceland College, and then Silver & Roberts. Cora was a caring person. She took care of her mother and her in-laws in their latter years of life. She was an accomplished seamstress, making many of her own clothes, including coats and suits. She grew up in the Lutheran Church and then later joined the R.L.D.S. Church. She was a member of the QA Club, American Legion Auxilary, and the Omnis Amicae Club. Preceding her in death were her parents; two sisters: baby Olive and Olga, three brothers: Clarence, Norman, and Elmer Leverson, and son Vernon Leverson, and her husband Paul. Survivors include her two brothers Gordon Leverson and wife Sylvia of Bishop, California; and Kenneth Leverson and wife Dorothy of Fresno, California; sister Irene Case of Sidney, Iowa; nieces and nephews; and close relatives and friends. Funeral services were held at 10:00 Wednesday, April 14, 1993, at the Slade - O'Donnell Funeral Home in Lamoni, Iowa, with Elders Robert Hynden and Darryl Cantrell officiating.
