He is well known in the newspaper field for his publication, The Monroe Booster, which has a national circulation, and for which he has written many sparkling editorials. He was interested in Boy Scout work, and in 1937, was leader of Troop 120, of Monroe. Mr. Ziegler has served as Mayor of Monroe and as a commissioner on district legislation. He is a member of the Nebraska Petroleum Industries Board.
