David Dady was born in Pocahontas County, Mar. 21, 1898, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. James H. Dady. He attended the local schools and grew to manhood in this community. On Nov. 4, 1919 he was united in marriage with Christine Bartosh. They farmed near Pocahontas until 1948 when they moved into town. Survivors are his wife, one son, Al Dady of Bellevue, Neb., and two daughters, Mrs. Jack George of this place and Mrs. Pat Henderson of Mallard. There are also seven grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Boyd Yocum of Cass Lake, Minn. and Mrs. Eugene Clark of Des Moines. Relatives from outside the county attending the last rites were: Mr. and Mrs. Al Dady and son of Bellevue, Neb.; Mr. and Mrs. Pat Henderson and family of Mallard, Mr. and Mrs. Willis Duckett, Frank Daiker and Mrs. Elmer Snook of Carroll; Mr. and Mrs. Allen Hille of Scotland, S.D., Mrs. Lillian Schnetter of Albert City and Mr. and Mrs. J.
