Born in Crisfield, she was a daughter of the late James and Anna M. Lawson Mister. Married twice, her first husband, Isaac H. Byrd, died in 1920. She was later married to G. Herbert Milbourne, who died in 1951. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Alma Ward and Mrs. Geneva Sterling, of Crisfield; and Mrs. Carl Long, of College Park; three grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Addie Barnes, and Mrs. Althea Ward, both of Crisfield.
