She was an active member of the Garden Community Church, rural Moundridge. On May 4, 1956 she married Norman Friesen. They farmed in rural Walton KS for 45 years until retiring in Hesston KS. Memorial service will be at 2:30 p.m., Thursday, June 30, 2016 at Garden Community Church with Pastor Gary Janzen officiating. Inurnment will be in the Garden Community Church Cemetery at a later date.
