Edith held many positions in the Lincoln and Woodstock areas including housekeeper and cook working in various industries as Loon Mountain Corporation, Village at Loon Mountain, Longhorn Palace Restaurant, Beacon Resort, and Mr. W's Pancake House. Edith held many positions in the Lincoln and Woodstock areas including housekeeper and cook working in various industries as Loon Mountain Corporation, Village at Loon Mountain, Longhorn Palace Restaurant, Beacon Resort, and Mr. W's Pancake House. Edith had a heart of gold and if she knew of someone in need of help, would offer her assistance. In at least 2 of the places she lived later in life, Burton Commons and The Lincoln Green, she would cook large meals for the residents to participate in. She loved to cook and as her health failed she missed that part of her life immensely. Edith belonged to the American Legion Auxiliary in Lincoln. She made many friends through her work with this organization. Edith also enjoyed doing puzzles, spending time with her family, gardening, and cooking. She enjoyed participating in Bingo, balloon tennis, happy hour, and church services at Merrimack County as her health permitted. Edith was predeceased by her sisters, Marion Campbell and Linda Havlock and a brother Samuel Campbell as well as both her Parents. She is survived by a son and two daughters; grandchildren. Edith's eldest daughter Debra J. Hanson recently passed away on September 12, 2019. This had an impact on what would be the remainder of Edith's life. Edith and Debra shared a special bond and were very close. Edith also leaves behind Debra's spouse. Spring interment at the Woodstock Cemetery.
