Mrs. Stoll had been suffering from heart trouble the past several months and had been seriously ill the past few weeks. Mrs. Stoll, nee Edith Carter, was born in Frontier county 72 years ago and had lived in this area her entire life. After her marriage in 1907, the family home was in the Gosper community until retirement in Elwood several years ago. Survivors include her husband; six children, Elmer, and Eva, Mrs. Frank Foss, of Elwood; Arthur of Arapahoe, Ralph of Blencoe, Iowa, Clifford of Longmont, Colorado and Mary, Mrs. Dale Wallin of Lincoln; one sister, Mrs. C.H. Blackman of Arapahoe and one brother, Fred Carter, in a Lexington nursing home.
