Description	:	Edward "Junior" Jackson Marston Jr., 91, of Luray, died on Friday, Nov. 23, 2012 at MontVue Nursing Home. He was born on September 19, 1921 in Luray and was a son of the late Edward J. Marston and Olga Gertrude Bell Marston. On November 21, 2942 he married Dorothy Evelyn Burner who preceded him in death on August 27, 2011. Read More	Edward "Junior" Jackson Marston Jr., 91, of Luray, died on Friday, Nov. 23, 2012 at MontVue Nursing Home. He was born on September 19, 1921 in Luray and was a son of the late Edward J. Marston and Olga Gertrude Bell Marston. On November 21, 2942 he married Dorothy Evelyn Burner who preceded him in death on August 27, 2011. He was a member of Rileyville Church of the Brethren and VFW Post 621, having served in the Army during World War II.. He worked for Luray Textile for 40 years as a plant foreman He is survived by three sons, Edward "Eddie" Wayne Marston, J. B. Marston, and Denver Lee Marston, all of Luray; one daughter, Judy Campbell of Luray; two brothers, Donnie B. Marston and Kenneth L. Marston of Luray; six sisters, Nancy L. Cave, M. Belle Griffith, M. Elaine Moyer, E. Muriel Williams, Eleanor L. Gochenour, all of Luray, and J. Cleo Weatherman, of Rileyville, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Hilda M. Burner and Evelyn O. Woodward and one brother, Douglas H. Marston. Visitation was held from 7 to 8 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 26, 2012, at the Bradley Funeral Home in Luray. The Rev. Eric Croft, Pastor Rebecca Harding and Garland (Bubba) Gochenour conducted the funeral service at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012, at the Bradley Funeral Home. Burial was at the Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Luray with graveside military honors by VFW Comer Jones Post 621. Memorial contributions may be made to the Luray Fire Department, 1 Firehouse Lane, Luray, VA 22835, the Luray Rescue Squad or the Luray VFW.
