Mr. Marston had been in failing health for the past year. Funeral services were conducted Sunday, April 4, 1965, from the Chapel of the Bradley Funeral Home with the Rev. O.L. Martin officiating. Interment was in Evergreen Cemetery. Born January 28, 1898, in Page County, he was a son of the late Frank and Martha E. Good Marston. He was a member of the Luray Christian Church. Prior to his illness, he was employed at the Luray Textile Corporation. His wife, the former Miss Olga G. Bell preceded him in death on August 1, 1950. He is survived by four sons, Edward, Jr., Douglas, Kenneth and Donnie Bruce Marston, all of Luray; eight daughters, Mrs. Hilda Burner, Mrs. Evelyn Woodward, Mrs. Elaine Moyer, Mrs. Bell Griffith, Mrs. Eleanor Gochenour, Mrs. Muriel Williams, Mrs. Nancy Cave, Mrs. Cleo Weatherman, all of Luray; 29 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
