Lowe was born on a farm in Greeley County, Nebraska on March 9, 1907 and departed this life on March 22, 1966 at the age of 59 years and 13 days. Eddie L. Lowe was born on a farm in Greeley County, Nebraska on July 13, 1912 and departed this life on March 22, 1966 at the age of 53 years, 8 months and 9 days. They were both the sons of Grant and Helen Lowe. They attended Wolbach Schools and were veterans of World War II. Both were members of the Ray Mapes American Legion Post No. 236. At the time of their deaths both were engaged in farming north of Wolbach. Ernest was married to Ruth Coe in Lexington in 1933. To this union was born one daughter, Mrs. Mary Anderson of Omaha. His wife preceded him in death. Both men are survived by their mother, Mrs. Helen Lowe of Wolbach, three sisters, Mrs. Cora Gjerman of Portland, Ore., Mrs. Maxine Gross of Pueblo, Colo., and Mrs. Doris Glenn of Wolbach.
