He was 68 years of age. Mr. Justice was born in Crisfield the son of the late Edward and Maggie Parks Justice. He had been making his home in Bethesda for the past six months. Justice passed away in the Suburban Hospital, Bethesda, Md., on Tuesday evening of this week, following a short illness. He was 68 years of age. Mr. Justice was born in Crisfield the son of the late Edward and Maggie Parks Justice. He had been making his home in Bethesda for the past six months. His wife, the late Nelsie Maddrix Justice, died in 1949. Mr. Justice was a member of the Mt. Pleasant Methodist Church, and for more than fifty years was a member of the Crisfield Fire Department, once having held the rank of captain in the organization. He also was a member of the Moose Lodge of Bethesda. Mr. Justice was an energetic, conscientious workman, a skilled painter and carpenter, and a citizen who took responsibilities seriously. His membership in the Crisfield Fire Department was an important and valuable contribution to the city and community. He was always ready and willing to lend assistance where needed, and many were the good deeds he performed. He is survived by five children, Randall Justice, Rockford, Ill., Norris Justice, Crisfield; John Justice, Monroe Center, Ill.; Edward Justice, College Park, Md.; and Mrs. Howard (Grace) Mason, Virginia Beach, Va. Three brothers, Rev. Lloyd Justice, Rochester, Pa., John T. Justice, Crisfield, and Norris Justice, Bethesda, Md.; and eight grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be held today, Friday, at 2:00 o'clock, from the Bradshaw-Covington Funeral Home, conducted by Dr. Alton W. Greenlaw, pastor of the First Baptist Church. Interment will be in the Crisfield Cemetery. Members of the Crisfield Fire Department, attending in a body, will act as bearers and conduct graveside services.
