Description	:	Burns Fatal to Humboldt Man Edwin Carl Kuker, 51, was fatally burned Monday, Mar. 29, 1965, at his home on the outskirts of Humboldt. Found with burns over 50 percent of his body, about 9:30 a.m., he was rushed to the University hospital in Omaha where he died about 3 p.m. He was an employee of Richardson county but was not on the job Monday. Oct. 13, 1940, he was married to Esther Abbott at Hiawatha. She preceded her husband in death. Mr. Kuker lived north of Falls City until a few years ago, when he moved to Humboldt. Mr. Kuker is survived by a sister, Mrs. Donald Helmick, Falls City. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. On Thursday at the Wherry chapel in Humboldt conducted by the Rev. L. E. Terpstra.
